Welcome to Kasa Designs Shop Return Policy

We appreciate you for purchasing from our collection of products. Whether you made the purchase as a gift for someone, for your home, or place of work, we hope you enjoy it for years to come; however, if for any reason you need to return your purchased items, the following return policy apply.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

You may return purchased items within 15 days of the day of receipt to receive a refund or exchange subject to these rules:

Call or email us to start your return process online within 10 days of receipt of your purchase to begin the return process. Or
If there is a return slip in your shipping package, simply follow the process to return your items.
Returned goods must include a valid proof of purchase - receipt, be in original protective covering and package, and not used or worn.
Ship the item to be returned within 15 days of when you originally received it to the address provided on your shipping slip.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking costs.

EXCHANGE ONLY

Items purchased on sale (as in discounted prices) may be return for store credit or exchanged for similar products.

NOT RETURNABLE

Note that this return and exchange policy does not apply to eGift Cards, Open-box items, Books, Stationery, or Wall Arts purchased on this website. All sales of eGift Cards, Open-box items, Books, Stationery, or Wall Arts are final whether they were sold at original prices or at discounted prices.

ENFORCEMENT

If for some reason you believe Kasa Designs Shop has not adhered to these rules, please notify us by email and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain to write the words Return Policy in the subject line.
